"You have Cancer."
Three devastating words. Survivor’s Outdoor Experience (SOE) was created to help those that have heard these words.
Individuals who have been diagnosed with cancer face difficult issues and challenges. By providing a program that includes educational presentations balanced with recreational therapy, SOE will assist participants in facing these difficult challenges.
The ability to fund this rewarding program also has challenges. Our goal is to be able to provide this program free of cost to those who are looking to SOE for support. But we can’t do it alone. SOE also relies on the help and generosity of others. With your support we will be able to provide an extensive program to assist participants in gaining strength, confidence, and a sense of the future.
SOE has assembled a broad range of presentations and activities to form a significant resource of information and inspiration. By working with Olympic Park Institute to create a camp setting at Lake Crescent, SOE can make a significant difference in the lives of those affected by cancer.
Any contribution you can provide is appreciated and will be put towards our goal to provide participants with a rewarding and inspirational outdoor experience.
